Note

The student form is a simplified version of the data request form, intended for quick assessment of student thesis projects only. Should the student project result in a paper to be submitted for publication, a new data request should be submitted by the supervisor or another qualified co-author, using the amendment form. This request should be approved before submitting the manuscript.
